Our software is written with the end user in mind. We produce easy to read, site specific graphics, which displays all important data relating to a HVAC, mechanical or electrical system. All this is displayed on a central head-end workstation, making it easy for a facilities management team to maintain a systems healthy operation.
At times, a system may not be functioning at 100%, maybe down to a single piece of equipment, or multiple items of plant. With our intuitive system monitoring, we can pinpoint the root of the issue and raise an alarm within the software to display on the head-end, send an e-mail to a specific group of operatives or print a report out on a network printer.
We also offer an energy management package, which can be useful for landlords of commercial/residential properties to automate billing of electrical, gas and water to their tenants. This can be achieved through BMS metering devices placed around the project to monitor flow/usage.
